Louise & Danny's Wedding

Eve Daniels Photography ~ Enfield Registry Office ~ North London Weddings
5th June 2018

I had the pleasure of capturing Louise and Danny's wedding at Enfield Registry office in February.  They decided to have a small, intimate ceremony, with a reception afterwards at Ambrosia Restaurant in Winchmore Hill.

Louise and Danny first meet when they were at school but it wasn't until quite a few years later that they realised they were made for each other and I can honestly say that I have never met such a wonderful couple who are so happily in love.

On the wedding day Louise decided to get ready at her mum's house, along with 3 of her bridesmaids and her mum.  Their make up was done by Make Up By Katy and hair was by Claire Walker.

Louise told me she had been very relaxed about her colour scheme but in the end decided that everyone looks good in navy blue.  The bridesmaids' dresses were of a different style but all the same colour.  The groomsman wore blue suits with a gold tie and brown shoes.

Louise's own dress was a cream, princess style dress covered in delecate lace with a beautiful train.  She found this at a little bridal boutique in Bromley called Perfection Bridal and Mensware

Louise arrived at Enfield Registry Office with her 3 bridesmaids in a wonderful, classic white taxi, decorated with wedding flowers.  Here Louise met up with her fourth bridesmaid and all the little flower girls and page boys.  They were adorable.

The ceremony was very touching and the beautiful poems were read out by both of their brothers.  The poems were Mirrors by Justin Timberlake and That Still and Settled Place by Edward Monkton.

Unfortunately the skies opened just before the end of the ceremony and it didn't ease up all day 🙁 but thankfully the guests were happy to have a group photo taken outside under umbrellas.  Louise and Danny were such great sports and agreed to have some couple shoots taken along the river, just in front of the registry office, and I am so glad they did as these are some of my favourites from the whole day.

At the restaurant, afterwards, there wasn't a lot of space to take group shots but we managed to get a few in.

Huge congratulations to Louise and Danny. This wedding day was full of love and laughter and I really think the photos reflected this.
